About the role

When a user needs help, you're the person who makes everything okay. You'll join our London team as the calm, friendly, reassuring voice that turns a confusing moment into a great experience — and a frustrated user into a fan.

What you'll do

  • Answer user questions across chat, email and social with patience and care.
  • Troubleshoot problems and guide users to a solution, step by step.
  • Know when to escalate, and follow through so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Document common issues so we keep getting better.
  • Be the human, reassuring face of CoinUnited.io for our users.

Who you are

  • Empathetic and patient — you genuinely like helping people.
  • A clear, friendly communicator. Multiple languages are a big plus.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, even when it's busy.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
  • Excited to move to London and join an international team — wherever you're starting from.
