When a user needs help, you're the person who makes everything okay. You'll join our Los Angeles team as the calm, friendly, reassuring voice that turns a confusing moment into a great experience — and a frustrated user into a fan.
What you'll do
- Answer user questions across chat, email and social with patience and care.
- Troubleshoot problems and guide users to a solution, step by step.
- Know when to escalate, and follow through so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Document common issues so we keep getting better.
- Be the human, reassuring face of CoinUnited.io for our users.
Who you are
- Empathetic and patient — you genuinely like helping people.
- A clear, friendly communicator. Multiple languages are a big plus.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, even when it's busy.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
- Excited to move to Los Angeles and join an international team — wherever you're starting from.
