Community Manager — Ukraine

About the role

Our community is where the magic happens — and we want someone to own it. You'll join our Ukraine team as the warm, ever-present voice that makes every member feel they belong, and grow a community traders are proud to be part of.

What you'll do

• Own and grow our communities across Telegram, Discord, and social.
• Spark daily conversations and keep the energy high and welcoming.
• Answer questions quickly, and know when to escalate to the right team.
• Run events, AMAs and campaigns that bring members closer.
• Keep the community healthy — moderate fairly and protect the vibe.

Who you are

• A warm, online-native communicator who genuinely loves community.
• A great writer with sharp instincts. Multiple languages are a big plus.
• Organised and calm under pressure — you keep things running smoothly.
• Excited to move to Ukraine and join an international team.
• Genuinely into crypto and global markets.
