Graphic Designer in Lisbon

Join the Lisbon Design team and shape how CoinUnited looks and feels everywhere people meet us, from a single social post to the trading screens our users rely on. We have been building since 2018, and our work has to carry the trust of people putting real money into global markets around the clock. This is a hands-on craft role with ownership over the brand.

This role is based in our Lisbon office and forms part of our operations across Europe. You will work to Lisbon market hours and support the international order flow connected to the Portugal market. Lisbon is one of our market facing offices, close to the trading flow that runs across Europe at every hour.

CoinUnited.io is a crypto-powered trading platform, building since 2018, with teams across 19 countries. We give traders one account to reach global markets around the clock: crypto, stocks, indices, forex, commodities and pre-IPO.

What you'll do

• Design across the full range, from social posts and campaign assets to landing pages and in-product UI for crypto, stocks, forex, indices, commodities and pre-IPO.
• Translate marketing and product briefs into clear, polished visuals that hold up under fast turnaround.
• Build and maintain reusable components, templates and brand assets so the team can move quickly without losing consistency.
• Apply and help extend the CoinUnited visual identity so the brand stays coherent across every channel and surface.
• Partner with marketing, product and engineering to take work from concept through to shipped design.
• Prepare and hand off production-ready files and specs that developers can implement accurately.

What success looks like

In your first six months

• You have shipped a steady flow of marketing and product designs that went live and held a consistent visual standard.
• You have organised a working library of reusable templates and brand components that the team uses daily.
• You are trusted to own briefs end to end, from kickoff to final delivery, with minimal back and forth.

What you'll bring

Must-have

• A portfolio showing strong visual design work across brand, marketing or digital product.
• Fluency in modern design tools such as Figma and the Adobe suite.
• Solid grasp of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take a brief, work independently and deliver clean, consistent results on a deadline.

Nice-to-have

• Experience designing UI for web or mobile products.
• Comfort with motion, short-form video or basic animation for social.
• Interest in finance, crypto or trading.
